Order Procedure

To order one or more Remembrance Spheres, please complete the form below

A package will be posted to you containing a sealable bag for your ashes (with a small disposable teaspoon) and a postage paid return envelope. Only one small level teaspoon of ashes is required to create your Remembrance Sphere, and any ashes not used will be returned to you.

When your Remembrance Sphere is completed, you will be contacted for payment. Upon receipt of this, your unique hand-blown sphere, displayed in its presentation box, will be posted to you by recorded delivery.

As each sphere is individually made, there may be some minor differences from the photos shown, making each memorial sphere a unique item.

Price: NZ$290 including GST

This price covers Sphere, Presentation Box, Certificate of Authenticity and Postal costs.
